Communication skills, regardless of borders
Brightlunexa's live online sessions connect you with instructors and peers from South Africa — no relocation needed, no timezone guesswork for SADC learners. Real conversations, real feedback, real progress.
Get in TouchOnline-first, but not impersonal
Some students come to us from neighbouring countries, others from further afield. What they share is a need for structured, conversational English and professional communication practice — without leaving home.
Every session at Brightlunexa runs live. You join a small group or a private lesson, speak, get corrected in the moment, and practise again. The platform is straightforward; the learning is not passive.
- Sessions scheduled around SAST, with slots that suit East and Central African learners
- Group courses for conversational fluency, debate practice, and workplace communication
- Private lessons shaped around your actual goals — job interviews, academic English, presentation skills
- Progress tracking so you can see what's changed, not just what you've covered
- WhatsApp support between sessions — questions don't wait until next week

If something isn't covered below, reach out directly. We'll give you a straight answer — not a sales pitch.
A stable internet connection, a device with a working camera and microphone, and a reasonably quiet space. We use standard video conferencing tools — nothing to install beyond what you likely already have. If connectivity is unpredictable where you are, let us know and we'll discuss options.
Most of our international students come from Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, and Botswana, but we've worked with learners from further afield too. If you can connect online and need to work on your communication skills in English, geography isn't a barrier.
We work in South African Standard Time (SAST), UTC+2. Slots run across the day and into the evening. For group courses, we offer multiple start times so that learners in UTC+2 to UTC+3 zones can find something workable. Private lesson timing is agreed directly with your instructor.
Fees are quoted in South African Rand. International transfers are accepted. Contact us first so we can confirm the current rates, explain available payment methods, and avoid any surprises around conversion or transfer fees on your end.
We work with intermediate through to advanced speakers. If you can hold a basic conversation in English, you're likely ready. The courses focus on professional and functional communication — structuring arguments, presenting ideas clearly, handling difficult conversations — rather than foundational grammar.
Yes. We offer a short introductory session for new international students. It gives you a feel for how sessions run and lets us understand what you're working toward. Get in touch by email or WhatsApp to arrange one — it's the clearest way to see whether the approach suits you.
